April, Turbo Recordings returns to the mix series that started it
all: The Stockholm Mix Sessions. After two instalments by tech-house
pioneer Jesper Dahlback, the third installment heads straight to
the heart of modern techno with global icon Adam Beyer. Few techno
producers have had the impact that Adam Beyer has enjoyed, almost
single-handedly (along with his Stockholm contemporaries Cari Lekebusch
and Joel Mull) inventing a new genre. Over the past 7 years Beyer
has released close 100 singles and remixes all with his trademark
funky, hard minimal grooves. His Drumcode and Codered labels have
become essential tools for any modern techno DJ. Along with Jeff
Mills and Richie Hawtin, he has been at the forefront of three-table
mixing and an agressive energetic style of DJing that pushes the
